Welcome to WeCOPE - Post COVID 19

Thank you for contacting the Multidisciplinary Post COVID 19 Program at Boston Children's Hospital. Evaluation in the Post COVID 19 program starts with an initial appointment in Infectious Diseases to establish an individual patient's needs, followed by appropriate referral to core specialists in other areas. This data collection system will provide us with background related to your child's medical history and chief complaint.

The data you put into the form will be stored securely on a server within the Children's Hospital protected network. While we may use the data we collect to further additional research, we will not share individuals' names or any other protected health information (PHI) that may identify the participants.
